The answer to restoring authority to call for the removal of the Parasitic Outsiders came because the subtle Soul bodies we inhabited would need an "earth suit" on this new planet. If one bodysuit, then why not two?
Why two?
The Parasitic Outsiders owned our field which was each of us. We carried a 'contract code' in our frequency body. That 'contract code' broadcast constantly. We were tracked, remotely or directly controlled.
The idea arose within the Divine Family's planning collective to move the coded program out of half of the Earth volunteers to be carried within the bodysuit of the other half. The Dominators would continue to have the same amount of "slaves" in their monitoring and control system. They would not know that on the next "world", half of those "slaves" were freed and resonating to Home harmonics.

The bodysuit we call Male carries two 'contract codes', continued to be owned by the Dominators, and laid low, appeared to be 'put to sleep' as decoy for the work of the Female. The bodysuit we call Female was free of any 'contract codes'. The Soul birthed into that Female bodysuit could "root" into Mother Earth, join with other Female body Souls, determine the best place for their family village, design the village, manifest systems to cause the mission village to thrive, and then be ready for the major part of their mission.... identifying the Parasitics for Removal.
