Slowly understanding where/when I/we as soul families agreed on the distortion and false programming of not being enough, worthlessness etc. originated.
Hearing about the concept of when removing a “negativity” it needs to be replaced by something else is NOT NEEDED - was a huge relief.
Also that we do and can vicariously experience and transmute was another inspiration.
